Teaching Techniques for Dual Enrollment Environments In-Person
Teaching high school students in a college setting can bring special rewards and challenges. This workshop offers best practices for teaching younger students in high school settings. Topics include: preparing for and managing interruptions in the school setting, working with administrators, dealing with unusual behavior, and engagement and learning strategies.
